The Bourgas International Airport is 18 km away, and the city of Bourgas – 30 km away. Within 300 m of the complex there are several hotel restaurants and food shops working throughout the year. At 100 m there is a stop of inner-resort public transport - town of Nessebar – village of Ravda.

The coastline in front of the complex is a guarded free beach with fine sand, about 2 km long, with restaurants, VIP sections with umbrellas and lounges, water-motor sport facilities, yacht pier. 500 m north of the complex is the newest and largest on the Balkans Aqua Park. The region is built with low intensity coefficient, with modern low-floor hotels and residential-resort buildings. Developed infrastructure, built after 2004. This new off-plan complex is situated south of the beautiful town of Nessebar. Very close to the beach, and at the same time- away from the noisy and crowdy places of Nessebar.
